The job was done quickly (only 3.5 days for completion) and was BEAUTIFUL. They cleaned up each night and were very polite. Daryl helped suggest plants and they sent written instructions for caring for the plants.
The only thing I would change is calling them sooner because they were scheduled for two to three months out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hardscape or landscape work!
Mary L. -- northwest Columbus Project: Retaining walls, steps, paver walkway and landscaping in front of house
They are a family-run business. They are extremely professional and friendly, and their work is incredible.
They were a little more expensive than our other quotes, but given the magnitude of our project, we wanted to go with someone we were really comfortable with. They listened to what we wanted and incorporated all our ideas into a beautiful plan.
The actual result was better than we even imagined.
Hennessy is awesome. Tod S. - Dublin Project: Removed previous wood deck, installed two-level curved paved patio, a paver walkway from driveway to patio, burn pit, two-seat walls with columns, water feature with pond, low-voltage lighting, reshaped beds and planted four trees.
We've used this company for about four years now. They’re dependable and reliable. They come when they say are going to come and they do what they say they are going to do. They’re nice about it also.
They are very knowledgeable about many things, as we have asked them for lots of advice. I would recommend them to anybody.
Don D. - Clintonville Project: Yearly landscape maintenance, including lawn, shrubs, ponds, driveway blacktop.
I found them through Angie’s List. I used them on another occasion to reseed my backyard after I had a small deck removed. They also seeded where a cement slab had been taken out. They did it while we were away on vacation, and it turned out very nice.
Lynn S. - Clintonville Project: Privacy fence removed and slanted retaining wall installed to hide drop off between driveway and neighbor’s lot.
Mr. Hennessy was knowledgeable about plantings appropriate for the location and was willing/able to save a large tree on the site. He also was responsive to our concerns about grading the patio away from the house to prevent water problems we had in the past.
Robert N. - Upper Arlington Project: Replaced old concrete patio with stone pavers, landscaped surrounding area with new plants and mulch.
They were greatin communicating with me.
Cheryl M. - Project: Installed 25-foot dry creek bed in the back yard to help with erosion problem on hilly side of house, redesigned two garden beds in front yard, removed several old shrubs, trimmed evergreen trees, installed wooden trellis, redefined landscape beds with natural stone border; slice seeded the entire yard, created two pathways that included weed matting, metal edging and natural stone.
